    How do I get in the house?

    Someone will be waiting for you right outside. Please communicate beforehand to arrange a meeting time.

    How long will the check-in process take?

    From a few minutes… to a lot more than that! Everything is explained thoroughly so you can be comfortable during your stay with us!

    What exactly happens after the reservation confirmation?

    The reservation manager calls you to arrange all details. We are (almost) 24/7!

    What should I do if the house is not like the house I saw in the pictures?

    There is no chance to see something different when you arrive at the house from the pictures you saw when you make the reservation. Except you are indeed in a different house. Pictures are taken from  professional photographers and show the house exactly as it is.

    What if I find things not working in the house?

    Please call us to fix it! We take our job very seriously so the response will be immediate.

    We can put together a payment plan for everyone. Please contact us to arrange it.

    Are there any other hidden fees?

    The provided price is the final price. No hidden fees.

    Can I change or cancel my reservation?

    Unfortunately, 14 days before the check-in, the reservation is non refundable.

    Do I receive an invoice for my reservation?

    We are able to issue from a Visa confirmation to a simple receipt, a simple invoice, an invoice as well as intra-community invoice.
