Nomad Pennie Home is one of the exclusively designed homes by PENNIE, a renowned Greek family business of home products with 45 years of history. The one-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to four guests.
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV, creating an ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day in the city. You also have direct access to the apartment’s balcony, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your first cup of coffee under the Greek sun.
In the cosy living room of the apartment, you will find a comfy sofa that easily converts into a double bed,hosting two more guests, as well as a second flat-screen TV. There’s also a second flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a designated workspace suitable for digital nomads, and a dining table that accommodates four people, all conveniently located within the same area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you might need, whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or brewing your morning coffee. The sparkling clean bathroom ensures you feel right at home, stocked with essentials like washing machine, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and fresh, fluffy towels.

Guests have access to the entire property. No sharing of any facilities.
Guests are allowed to use the entire property, storage spaces and use the kitchen to cook their favorite meals, prepare breakfast or coffee and tea as there is a filter coffee maker and kettle.

Where will you be living
Ampelokipoi is located in the centre of Athens near to Lycabettus Hill. It is, also, situated very close to Syntagma, the central square of Athens, and also to the National Garden and Kallimarmaro Stadium. In this area, there are many coffeeshops and restaurants to choose from, and anything you will need to explore Athens and discover some hidden and non-hidden spots to get its beauty. The closest metro stations are Ampelokipoi and Panormou which are connected directly with the airport.
