The apartment is positioned right behind the Ippokrateio General Hospital and is also within close reach of the Alexandra and Laiko General Hospitals of Athens.
About your apartment
As soon as you walk into the apartment, you’ll find a dining table where four people can comfortably enjoy their meal. This area seamlessly flows into the living room, where a sofa bed can be easily converted into a cozy double bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two extra guests. The living room is also equipped with a big flat-screen TV and a functional workspace. For those who enjoy relaxing and unwind outdoors, the living room provides direct access to the balcony.
On the left side of the entrance, you can find the bedroom area. The apartment bedroom is well-equipped with a large flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and plenty of closet space to accommodate your belongings. Moreover, it offers direct access to the apartment’s spacious balcony, enabling you to enjoy your morning coffee under the Athenian sun.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities you may need during your stay, whether you prefer to cook your favorite daily meals or simply enjoy a glass of wine. You’ll have access to a coffee machine, kettle, stove, oven, and a complete set of kitchenware and cookware.
The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities including, washing machine, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, freshly washed towels, a hair dryer, and more.

Guests have access to the entire property. No sharing of any facilities.
Guests are allowed to use the entire property, storage spaces and use the kitchen to cook their favorite meals, prepare breakfast or coffee and tea as there is a filter coffee maker and kettle.
